First Baptist Church of Fremont
Growing Together In The Heart of Fremont
The Asylum
"Asylum" means "A place offering protection and safety; a shelter".The "Asylum" is a Christ-centered community of students in 6-12 grade that meets every Wednesday night from 7:00 p.m. until 8:15 p.m.  Our worship style is "experiential" which means that we not only learn about God and His Word, but we focus on experiencing how His Word and presence can and will change our lives forever.  We do this through prayer experiences and worship focusing on listening to God and how He speaks to us every day in every way. If you are looking for a group of students with whom you can share in the quest for the real Jesus Christ, then please join us. We love to have fun whether we are playing a game, singing, praying, reading God's Word or meeting in small groups. We want to enjoy doing life together as a community of young people trying to get their minds around the idea of living their lives for a great big, radical God

My life verse is Philippians 1:21 which says, "For to me, to live is Christ and to die is gain." I have great hope and expectations of eternity with my Savior, but very passionate about the opportunity that I have to be part of God's Kingdom here on earth and am thankful that I have been given the joy of sharing Christ's love with others.
